SmartBiz Support System is a centralized digital support and knowledge management platform developed by LTGS RWANDA PLC to provide guides, documentation, assistance, ticket management, and feedback services across the SmartBiz ecosystem. The system enables agents, citizens, partners, service providers, and other users to submit support requests, report issues, track ticket progress, receive responses, and provide feedback on how their concerns were handled and resolved. It is designed to improve customer support, communication, transparency, issue resolution, service quality, knowledge sharing, and user experience across SmartBiz services.
